The project

Infrabee is a venture between two very different but complementary organisations: Infraland and Boultbee Brooks. After previously partnering together on several renewable energy projects in the UK, they are now bringing their collective experience and pioneering spirit together as Infrabee.
We were tasked with creating a new visual identity and website that would communicate Infrabee’s plans and vision for the future of renewable energy.

Our approach

Infrabee is built on forging strong relationships with many different parties, from landowners & councils to partners & investors, so a bold but simple visual style was needed to engage with their wide target audience.
        The identity is centred around the coexistence of technology and nature. A crafted balance between natural and industrial. Innovative but trustworthy. Expert but approachable. Friendly but sophisticated. Digital but human.
        The logomark highlights the company’s key areas (solar and battery energy) whilst also symbolising partnership and connection. The abstract, flower-like symbol also makes reference to our planet, symbolising growth towards a more sustainable future.
        The colour palette takes inspiration from both nature and infrastructure. Earthy natural tones contrasted with vibrant electric highlights reflect Infrabee’s values of sustainability and innovation.
        The website was designed to be functional and clear, with matching tone of voice and copywriting. A suite of visual assets was also designed, including icons, business cards, social media assets and a presentation template.
