The Stow Brothers – Branding

Brand identity for Walthamstow’s newest and brightest estate agent, The Stow Brothers.

Andrew & Kenny Goad (The Stow Brothers) came to us with a simple brief ‘Make us look different to all the other estate agents in the area’. From the interior design of the office, the colour-edging on their business cards, the coffee cups in their office to the bold, fresh, modern graphic language of the identity everything is considered.

We designed a full identity programme including word-mark + monogram, custom typography, full stationery set, website, photographic art direction, copywriting, sale, sold, let by boards, shop signage, interior design, templates, direct mail campaigns and promotional items.

As The Stow Brothers are proud to be local, we’ve tried to work with as many local people as possible, from trades and craftsmen to local artists. Walthamstow has a thriving arts scene and The Stow Brothers wanted to help and support this community. We developed ‘Art on Hoe Street’, a rolling scheme of curated mini-exhibitions in the Stow Brothers Hoe Street office.
